This stylishly and modernly furnished ground-floor apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the center of Mauterndorf and offers the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. Enjoy the terrace as well as additional comforts such as a shared ski/bike storage room, a washing machine and dryer (for an extra fee), and a parking space.
Winter sports enthusiasts will have a great time in this region. Just a few kilometers from the apartment, you'll find the Grosseck-Speiereck ski area. The ski bus stops right in front of the accommodation and conveniently takes you to the family-friendly ski area with a variety of slopes for both beginners and advanced skiers. The ski areas of Katschberg-Aineck, Fanningberg, and Obertauern are also easily accessible from here. Cross-country skiing fans will also find trails right in the village.
In the summer, the impressive mountain landscape and surrounding forests invite you to hike and bike. Golfers will be pleased as well – a well-maintained 18-hole golf course is located just about 8 km away.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
