You'll find a cohesive and trendy rustic-chic decor throughout, featuring consistent use of wood, interesting light fixtures, and unique wall treatments that create a truly photogenic and desirable space. Your retreat includes: • Living Area: Relax on a plush tan leather sofa with a coffee table, enjoying warm ambient lighting and a Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. • Dedicated Workspace: A convenient area perfect for remote work or business travelers. • Sleeping Area: Unwind in a queen-sized sleigh bed on a raised platform, complete with cozy bedding and hotel-inspired touches for restful nights. • Kitchenette: Prepare easy meals in your well-appointed kitchenette, featuring a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, plates, bowls, and silverware. • Dining Space: Enjoy meals comfortably at the coffee table in the living area. • Bathroom: An updated space featuring terracotta-colored walls, a modern vanity, a walk-in shower, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries. • Connectivity: Stay connected with free WiFi available throughout the home. We respect our guests' privacy but are always available should you need anything during your stay.
We can be reached via the Airbnb app or phone for any questions or assistance. Please review these important details for a smooth stay: • Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program, covering you for up to $500 in accidental damage to contents (e.g., linens, towels, wine) during your stay.
This is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance. The home is regularly treated for pests.
However, due to Florida's warm climate and proximity to the water, occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation.
Refunds or compensation will not be provided for occasional pest sightings. ️️Florida Weather & Property Disclaimer Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control may occur during your stay, including severe weather, citywide power or internet outages, construction or noise outside the property, temporary amenity closures, utility or municipal repairs, or activities taking place on neighboring properties or units. While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable stay and will assist whenever possible, these situations are outside of our control and are not considered property-related issues.
As such, refunds, discounts, or compensation cannot be provided for any inconvenience resulting from these circumstances. • Hurricane Season: If booking during hurricane season (July–November), we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
Refunds are not provided for weather-related disruptions. • Supplies: Complimentary toiletries, paper products, and coffee are provided for approximately the first 3–5 days.
Towels are provided for approximately the first 2–3 days; please use the laundry facility nearby to refresh them.
For stays of 5 nights or longer, replacement towels may be requested, subject to availability.
Nearby stores make restocking easy if needed. • Items Left Behind: If personal items are left behind and their return is requested, guests are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed. Getting around is easy.
Many shops, restaurants, and coffee spots are walkable, especially in Hyde Park Village and SOHO.
Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are readily available , and major roads provide quick access to Downtown Tampa, Bayshore Boulevard, Amalie Arena, Raymond James Stadium, and Tampa International Airport.
