It comprises a 20 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 300 m² garden.
Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area - A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2 on the mezzanine: with a double bed (140x190) - Bathroom with shower and WC Outside area : - 300 m² private garden surrounding the house - A south-facing terrace of around 30 m² with garden furniture (table, chairs, outdoor armchairs) to enjoy the fine weather. - A second north-facing terrace.
The house is ideally located in Ceyreste, about 5 km from the town center, in a green and very pleasant setting.
You will have access to all essential shops (bakery, delicatessen, mini-market), as well as boutiques, restaurants, etc.
Activities: Hiking and cycling from the property, seaside less than 6 miles away (La Ciotat, Cassis, Calanques, etc.), Castellet race track 20 minutes away, close to Toulon and Marseille (about 30 minutes from each city).
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly on the property (possibility of parking 2 standard size vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Ceyreste - La Ciotat about 10 minutes away (7km) - Nearest airport: Marseille, less than an hour away (57 km) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available (fibre optic) - Pets accepted free of charge.
