##Space This property is offered by Welkeys, specialist in tailor-made stays in the heart of the most beautiful regions of France. Discover this spacious house with a large exterior of 800 m2 including a terrace, garden and barbecue area, located in a quiet area of Vaires-sur-Marne.

Its proximity to Paris and EuroDisney makes it ideal for a stay both relaxing and rich in discoveries. With a generous area of 211 m 2, this rental consists of: - a spacious living area with lounge and dining room, - a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer), - five bedrooms with double bed, four of which are 140x200 cm and one is 140x190 cm, - a bathroom with bath and shower, - a second bathroom with shower, - three separate toilets, - work desk, - vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, iron, - baby bed, - TV, satellite or cable, stereo system, wifi, - games room, games for all ages, children’s games, - garage for 3 cars, cellar, - radiators, carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector, hangers, - A 7 × 3.5 m heated swimming pool, open from May to September, secured by an alarm and equipped with an automatic water treatment system using salt electrolysis, for easy maintenance and optimal comfort, - presence of surveillance cameras outside the housing. Note: the finishing work on the pool is still in progress.

The tiles are not completely finished, the lighting needs to be connected and the shelter will be installed in a few months.

However, the pool is already functional, heated and secured by an alarm that complies with standards.

It is therefore perfectly pleasant to use. Schöne Unterkunft mit vielen Räumen und sehr viel Platz. Es ist etwas veraltet, ein paar Dinge wie z.B. die Dusche könnten mal ausgetauscht werden, aber insgesamt hat alles gepasst. Der für uns zuständige Concierge war sehr bemüht und hat uns bei jeder Frage schnell unterstützt. Insgesamt waren wir sehr begeistert.
