Welcome to Le Cigalon, one of the property's three gîtes.
Adjoining each other, they have been cleverly oriented to ensure privacy for each guest.
After a few stone steps, the gîte offers 60m² of living space on one level, centered around a beautiful 30m² living room, bathed in light thanks to its two southeast-facing French doors.
It features two bedrooms (one with a 160x200cm bed and the other with two 90x190cm beds), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.
Outside, you'll enjoy an unfenced garden planted with olive trees, a pleasant 15m² terrace offering complete privacy and shade from a pergola, with unobstructed views of the village and the Provençal Baronnies.
Shared with us and the two other gîtes are: a garage for storing bicycles and motorcycles, a molkky set, a pétanque set, and a swimming pool (May to October, 14x5m, depth 1.20 to 1.70m, secured by a fence).
Enjoy: bed linen, towels, cleaning, everything is included! Perched on a small hill in the heart of the Drôme Provençale region, Mirabel-aux-Baronnies charms visitors with its authenticity and exceptional natural surroundings.
Located between Nyons (10 minutes) and Vaison-la-Romaine (15 minutes), at the gateway to the Vaucluse, the village offers all essential shops and services, as well as a weekly market (bakery, newsagent/tobacconist, pharmacy, post office, grocery store, café/restaurant, hairdressers, market on Thursday mornings, skatepark, tennis, padel tennis, stadium, and children's playground).
Within the Baronnies Provençales Regional Natural Park, the area is ideal for outdoor activities: hiking, cycling (Mont Ventoux), climbing, and via ferrata are all nearby.
Numerous tourist attractions and renowned Provençal markets further enhance the area's appeal.
