Our lovingly renovated holiday apartment (2025) is located on the ground floor of an annex to a family house (the owners live next door), with just one step to the front door.
The holiday apartment is situated in a residential area.
You have access to a front garden with seating options.
Furthermore, there is a private free parking space directly by the holiday apartment.
Thanks to the central location, you are just a few minutes away from the charming town center (150 m) of Dießen am Ammersee.
Enjoy the great location while benefiting from the proximity to cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and the idyllic lake (600 m).
Here you will find the perfect combination of comfort and location for an unforgettable stay.
The surrounding area offers a wealth of excursion opportunities: Explore the picturesque Fünf-Seen-Land in Upper Bavaria, take the train connection to Munich, or enjoy day trips to the mountains and other fascinating destinations.
Free parking directly at the house.
Bicycle storage available in the front yard or under the host's carport - at your own risk! The final cleaning is included in the price.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
A baby bed (travel cot) with mattress is available.
No pets.
Non-smoking household; smoking is allowed outside (ashtray is provided).
Check-in from 3 PM via key safe, PIN will be provided separately on the day of arrival.
Check-out by 10 AM, simply leave the keys on the kitchen table.
