Welcome to our holiday home in Capodarco, a hill town with breathtaking views.
The apartment, completely new, is located on the second floor of a family villa (without elevator).
The owners live on the lower floor, always kind and available for advice on the area.
The residence has three spacious and bright double bedrooms, furnished in a modern style with walk-in closets and bedside tables; two are equipped with air conditioning.
The living area includes a large living room and a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso machine with pods, kettle, toaster and a complete set of pots and dishes.
Smart TV and free Wi-Fi are available for guests to watch Netflix, YouTube and more.
The sleeping area includes two bathrooms complete with sanitaryware, shower, hairdryer and, in one, a convenient washing machine.
We provide bed linen and bath linen and a welcome kit, all included in the price.
There is also private parking in the courtyard and a camping cot for the little ones.
The residential area is quiet but convenient, with bars, shops and pharmacy nearby.
In just 7 minutes by car you reach the Porto San Giorgio seafront with seafood restaurants and typical Marche cuisine.
For those traveling with animals, Lido di Fermo pet-friendly beach is 10 minutes away.
