Every corner is designed to offer you comfort and relaxation.
Just a few steps from Marina Palmense beach and two minutes from the motorway exit, the house is the perfect starting point for exploring the coast or simply regenerating between relaxation and the sea.
Welcome to this charming sky-earth house, perfect for those seeking relaxation, comfort and a touch of adventure! Located in a quiet and private area, the house has private parking inside the gate: leave your car safe and start your holiday without worries.
The apartment is reached by climbing a flight of stairs and welcomes you with unique furnishings: every detail tells a story, thanks to the decorative elements from every corner of the world, carefully collected by the owner during her travels.
At the entrance you are greeted by a bright corridor: 🍽️ On the right, a kitchen complete with everything you need to prepare tasty dinners and lunches with friends.
Dining table, main appliances, complete cookware and cutlery set: there's everything you need to feel at home! 🛋️ On the left, a large living room with a very comfortable sofa and a large bookcase: the perfect corner to relax after a day at sea or to read a good book in complete tranquility.
The sleeping area includes: 🛏️ Two spacious double bedrooms with queen-size beds, bedside tables, and walk-in closets, ideal for ensuring a restful night's sleep and having everything you need always at your fingertips.
The first double bedroom enjoys an outdoor balcony where you can see a glimpse of the sea! 🚿 The bathroom is practical and functional, equipped with a washbasin, complete bathroom fixtures, bathtub/shower and a Welcome Kit kindly offered by the home including Shower Bath and Shampoo.
Upon request we are very happy to provide you with a camping CRIB for your newborns!
