Welcome to our apartment on the **second floor without elevator**, newly renovated and ready to welcome you for a comfortable beach holiday! 🌊 The accommodation is made up of five functional environments: * **Large and bright living room** with extendable table for six people, sofa bed for two guests, a relaxing lounge chair and Smart TV. * **Large, fully equipped kitchen** with oven, induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and NESPRESSO coffee machine.
A raised shelf offers a convenient breakfast nook. * **Two spacious and tastefully furnished double bedrooms**, one with window, large wardrobe and dresser. * **New bathroom** with walk-in shower, sanitary ware, hairdryer and Welcome Kit (shower bath and shampoo).
Upon arrival you will find **fresh bed and bathroom linens** and a personal hygiene welcome kit. **Ideal location:** in **second row sea**, very close to bars, pastry shops, ice cream parlors, pizzerias, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and a playground. **Perfect for families and friends:** Ideal for 4 people, can accommodate up to 6 thanks to the sofa bed; a crib is available upon request. **Quick and easy check-in:** via secure online procedure, you will be required to pay the tourist tax, upload all guests' documents (art. 109 TULPS) and sign the tourism contract (DL 50/2017).
