Set on a large enclosed plot, generously planted with pine trees offering welcome natural shade in summer, the house enjoys a lively yet unspoilt setting, a stone's throw from the Mediterranean and the Libron.
An ideal place for holidays with family, friends or pets. This detached, single-storey, fully air-conditioned house is designed for a comfortable and carefree stay. It comprises: - 2 bedrooms with 140 cm double beds, - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, - a bathroom with shower, washing machine and WC, - a functional kitchen with dishwasher, allowing you to prepare your meals just like at home. Outside: The main attraction of the house is its large, shaded, enclosed garden, which is rare in such close proximity to the beach. Pets are welcome, and the enclosed grounds guarantee comfort and tranquillity. You can park directly on the property. Location and surroundings: - Beach accessible on foot in 2 minutes - Le Libron nearby, ideal for walks - Lively summer atmosphere, with a campsite nearby - Shops, restaurants, entertainment and cycle paths within easy reach An ideal location to enjoy seaside life to the full, between the sea, nature and conviviality. 👉 Pets are allowed in this accommodation, subject to a supplement of €40 per stay and per animal. 👉 Upon arrival, the RIBOLEYS concierge service will provide you with a welcome kit, including tea towels and microfibre cloths, a new sponge, dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, bin bags and a bath mat, so that you can settle in comfortably as soon as you arrive. 👉 The RIBOLEYS team will meet you at the accommodation to hand over the keys and will remain available and contactable throughout your stay. 👉 A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be hired as an option, ideal for travelling light with a young child. ## Access Parking is available directly on the property grounds. ## Interaction Vias offers visitors 5 km of fine sandy beaches, traditional markets with a warm atmosphere and unspoilt natural areas to explore via pleasant discovery trails, ideal for holidays in Occitania. This typical Occitan village nestled in a remarkable natural area is a modern and dynamic seaside resort.
Vias is an ideal destination for a family holiday. The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities such as: a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a stroll along the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of wandering through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark, or renting bicycles and cycling along part of the famous Canal du Midi or the Mediterranean coastline. The various beaches of Vias are easily accessible via cycle paths (2.5 km) or directly from the on-site car parks.
Many water sports are available on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing, paddle boarding, kitesurfing, wakeboarding and sea kayaking.

For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains.
This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias. By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde airport allows you to fly to Vias.
This airport is located 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias. By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department. ## Notes During July and August, accommodation is only available for rent from Sunday to Sunday. A security deposit of €300 will be required upon arrival. Guests must bring their own bed linen and towels. Bed linen and towel kits can be booked for €10 per person. A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be rented as an option for €10 per stay, ideal for travelling light with a young child. Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional. However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat fee of €84 including VAT. Cleaning is compulsory in July and August. Payment for cleaning is made on site if not included in the booking. Elle est très fonctionnelle et le jardin hyper arboré ce qui permet d'être à l'ombre toute la journée.
Ce fut un merveilleux séjour en famille.
Je recommande totalement.
Maison très agréable avec 3 vraies chambres. Grand terrain arboré clôturé. Mer à qq mn à pieds.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, trois adultes, trois enfants et deux chiens. Tout était nickel, tout est clôturé donc les enfants et les chiens peuvent courir librement, petite maison bien agencé et conforme à la description. Emplacement parfait, très proche de la plage. Eva est une personne très accueillante, très réactive. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Je recommande vivement.
