The balcony is furnished with a table, six stacking chairs and two sun loungers.
You can share use of the lawn in the garden, a grill area with picnic tables and a grill, a sauna, fitness equipment and solarium (supplementary charges), a washing machine and dryer, an iron and ironing board.
There are outdoor parking spaces for cars and bicycles, as well as a lockable garage (payable).80m² of living space comprising a spacious living and dining room with an open kitchen and access to the generous balcony, two bedrooms and a modern daylight bathroom awaits our guests.
The living and dining room provides a comfortable suite with a box spring bed function, a spacious cupboard wall with a little library and a collection of games, a 40” Samsung Smart TV, a home cinema and entertainment system (DVD, Blu-ray, USB, Bluetooth, radio), a big dining table with six chairs.
The two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm) with box spring mattresses, bedside tables and reading lamps, a dresser, wardrobe, curtains for darkening, on request one supplementary bed per room for babies (60 x 120cm) or children (80 x 200cm).
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob with an extractor fan, an oven with convection at a convenient height, a 122cm fridge with a freezer compartment, dishwasher, crockery, glasses, cutlery, cutting boards and cookware, a coffee machine for filter coffee with a thermos flask, a Senseo pads coffee machine, toaster, kettle, mixer, kitchen scales, battery-run vacuum cleaner etc.
The daylight bathroom has a shower, bath, WC, washbasin, hairdryer.
Wi-Fi is available.It is possible to book the Larum apartment on the ground floor or the Löffelstiel apartment on the first floor separately, alternatively you can book the whole house Lirum Larum Löffelstiel, so you can spend a holiday with a large family or two families, whilst still retaining some privacy.
