Beautiful Villa Roble situated in a magnificent setting about 10 minutes' drive from Comares, voted one of Spain's most magical villages.
Also within walking distance of 2 excellent bars/restaurants.
The villa has 3 bedrooms with a double sofa bed in the living room to sleep up to 8 people.
There are 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
The outdoor space is perfect and has an excellent heated pool, sun loungers, barbecue and plenty of terraces with stunning views.The villa also offers free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in 1 bedroom, lounge and hallway and parking for up to 3 cars.In the lounge, for the cooler months, there is a pellet stove and open fireplace.The pool can be heated from March to November for an additional fee.All our villas are set in beautiful natural surroundings and in quiet areas of the village.

It is a 5-minute drive away and has bars, banks, shops, bakeries, restaurants, a pharmacy and a doctor.
There are also more bars and restaurants in the small hamlet of Los Ventorros, which is just a few minutes' walk from the villa.
Málaga and the city are an hour's drive from the house.
You can also visit Granada in 90 minutes.
The house is perfect for visiting other parts of Andalusia, such as Cordoba, Seville and Ronda.
This region of southern Spain has the best climate in Europe, with excellent temperatures all year round.

A car is essential in this villa to make the most of the beautiful region!Torre del Mar is the nearest beach and is about 30 minutes away by car. It has a lovely beach and promenade where you will find bars, restaurants and entertainment for adults and children.Pedregalejo, 5km west of Malaga city centre, is another popular beach and promenade with many bars and restaurants.Nerja with its famous caves and stunning views over the Mediterranean are all about 1 hour away and the drive along the coastal road before turning for Comares is superb.Monthly rentals (28 days or more) do NOT include electricity, bottled gas (if required) and pellets for the pellet stove.It is possible to rent the villa from January to March.Air-conditioning charges: a flat rate per week is included in your stay, after which you pay for what you use.The air-conditioned swimming pool is open from 1 April to 15 November.
