The red flat by GrazRentals has been completely renovated with a lot of love and beautiful details and is located in a listed outbuilding of one of the oldest Gründerzeit villas in Graz.
Opposite the building is the entrance to the ReSoWi (Faculty of Law, Social Sciences and Economics) of the Karl-Franzens University.
Ideal for business travellers, visiting professors, students or their family/relatives as well as families with up to two children.All guests of the house have their own large front garden, which can be shared.
A private secure car park is available.A large double bed in the bedroom with a small, cosy cot and a comfortable pull-out sofa for two people in the living room.
Beautiful fabrics, warm soft room colours with impressive designer wallpaper and a cosy sitting area opposite the kitchen - all this can be found in this newly renovated old building flat.

Both rooms look directly onto the entrance to the ReSoWi building of the Karl Franzens University - it couldn't be closer to the university.

The bathroom is also completely new, including a washing machine/dryer combination.
There is a separate "podium WC" - also newly renovated, of course.
