The Villa is located 100 metres from the sea and the main beach of Balestrate.
Balestrate, a small village of about 7000 inhabitants located in the Gulf of Castellammare, is one of the smallest and most enchanting centres in the province of Palermo.
This splendid medieval seaside resort, located in the centre of the Gulf of Castellammare and reachable by taking the A29 Mazara del Vallo-Palermo motorway, the last town on the border between the province of Palermo and that of Trapani, and dazzles with the splendour of its sandy shoreline, offers breathtaking scenery, absolutely enchanting sunsets, a long stretch of golden sand with shallow waters suitable for children.
The water is clear, an almost surreal blue because of its transparency, and the temperature is absolutely pleasant and not cold.
In addition to the private beach, there are private lidos with bathing facilities for everyone, with a special focus on children: the beaches are equipped with playgrounds and entertainment for the little ones.
