Cocoonr offers you this charming 260 m² air-conditioned villa with swimming pool for rent in Molières-sur-Cèze. It sleeps up to 12 people and is set in 6,000 m² of unoverlooked, dominant grounds at an altitude of 195 m, at the top of a small hamlet just 10 minutes from Saint-Ambroix.
It comprises a lovely 57 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, six bedrooms, three bathrooms (with showers) and a garden of around 6,000 m². Wi-Fi, sheets and towels are included, so all that's left is for you to arrive!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 57 m² living room with TV, wood-burning stove, sofa, dining area and numerous openings onto the covered terrace from which you can admire the Cévennes mountains
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, ice cube dispenser, etc.
- Bedrooms 1 and 2: one queen-size bed (160x200)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate WC
First floor:
- Bedrooms 3 and 4: one queen-size bed (160x200)
- A bathroom with shower
On the garden level:
- Bedroom 5: one king-size bed (180×200) and a bathroom (with shower)
- Bedroom 6: two bunk beds (sleeps 4)
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A private, unheated 4x8 m² mosaic-tiled swimming pool surrounded by a fence, open from 15 April to 15 October. The pool house is not overlooked and is equipped with comfortable and spacious garden furniture and an outdoor shower.
- A beautiful 6,000 m² enclosed garden located on high ground with superb views of the valley and the Cévennes.
- The kitchen and living room open onto a large 40 m² south-facing terrace equipped with a beautiful summer kitchen where you can entertain family and friends. It features a stone barbecue, induction hob and a real pizza oven.
- All bedrooms open onto an 18 m² south-facing terrace.
The house is ideally located in Molières-sur-Cèze, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
The house is set high up, in an absolutely peaceful environment, with no neighbours or neighbours nearby, guaranteeing total privacy. It offers an exceptional panoramic view of the Cévennes mountains, in an unspoilt natural setting.
Activities :
The location provides easy access to well-known heritage and cultural gems:
- The Uzès market, considered to be one of the most beautiful in Provence
- The Chartreuse de Valbonne, an exceptional historic site in the heart of nature
- The listed villages of Lussan and Montclus, among the
- Most Beautiful Villages in France
- The Roman city of Nîmes, rich in ancient monuments
- The spectacular scenery of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc and the Ardèche gorges
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (several cars).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Grand-Combe-la-Pise, 20 km away
- Nearest airport: Nîmes Grande Provence Méditerranée airport, 80 km away
To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.

- Pets welcome free of charge. One small or medium-sized pet (cat or dog) only. Please specify when booking
- The stove is in working order. Pellets are provided for guests

- There is an outdoor camera which will be turned off during your stay
- Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming. Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to favourable weather conditions
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. We kindly ask you to leave it in a clean condition and to clean the appliances after use.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the indicated times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
