The south-facing terrace of over 150 m² offers ample space for outdoor dining, sunbathing or summer evenings.
You can also enjoy the heated swimming pool (4x8 m), open from April to October, as well as a small garden with artificial turf, perfect for children.
The house is located: - 6 km from the centre of Pleneuf (with its Leclerc shopping centre open on Sunday mornings during the season), - 3 minutes by car from the village of Saint-Alban (Lidl supermarket, bakery, local services), - 15 minutes from Lamballe train station, - 6 minutes from the beaches of Val-André and Caroual (or 20 minutes by bike).
The house comprises three independent apartments, a spacious dormitory and a large communal living area.
Main communal area: - Fully equipped kitchen: American fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker - Large dining area with high table for 15 to 16 guests - Cosy lounge with large-screen TV (189 cm), Orange TV, Bose home cinema and all the necessary connections for your screenings or film nights - Bathroom with two showers - Separate WC - Large dormitory (26 m²): 1 double bunk bed (140x200) - 9 single bunk beds (90x190) - Ideal for children, teenagers or groups Apartments 1 and 2 (identical): - Mezzanine with double bed (160x200) - Very comfortable sofa bed (140x200) - Fully equipped kitchenette: refrigerator, kettle, filter coffee maker, microwave, toaster - Bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet - 80 cm TV - Direct access to the terrace and swimming pool Apartment 3: - Very comfortable sofa bed (140x200) - Fully equipped kitchenette: refrigerator, kettle, filter coffee machine, microwave, toaster - Bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet - 80 cm TV - Direct access to the terrace and swimming pool - Charges included: bed linen, household linen (towels and tea towels) and end-of-stay cleaning.
