Park View Lodge is a welcoming single-storey lodge nestled on the edge of Melbourne, Derbyshire.
Ideal for families or friends, this pet-friendly abode, features a bubbling hot tub, open-plan design, and elevated countryside views.
Pull up and park the car, breathe in the fresh countryside air and admire the charm of this inviting wooden lodge before stepping inside.
With sheep grazing in the field opposite and tranquil views all around, this is a setting designed for relaxation.
Feel the warmth of the underfloor heating as you enter and take in the sparkling white worktops in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with oven and hob, slimline dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker.
Cook up a delicious meal and gather around the circular dining table for leisurely dinners and conversation.
Later, sink into the sofa or lounge on the armchair, gaze out through the patio doors at the countryside or flick on the Smart TV mounted on the wall for an evening of entertainment.
Two bedrooms provide restful retreats, each with its own smart TV for those indulgent lie-ins: a king-size and twin berooms, both thoughtfully presented.
The sleek shower room features a rainfall shower, basin and WC, adding a touch of luxury to your morning routine.

The bedrooms consists of one king-size with Smart TV and one twin, serviced by a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Outside, there is a garden with patio, furniture and a hot tub, along with off-road parking for three cars. One well-behaved pet welcome, but sorry, no smoking. You will find a shop and pub within 0.7 miles, and a lake is just 1 mile away. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Park View Lodge. Very well equipped, comfortable and the welcome pack was much appreciated. Everything was so well thought out, including the finishing touches of beautiful fresh flowers on the table. The hot tub was great! Would certainly like to visit again and would recommend.

A very well done and thoughtfully designed lodge. It felt totally secluded despite being next to the owners property, not overlooked at all with a great view, with private access and parking. It's cosy, and has everything you need. Plus it's a short walk into the town which had lots of places to eat and drink. Great walks straight from the door too.

Booked this lodge for valentines, and it was a perfect getaway with beautiful views, excellent location. The lodge itself had every thing needed with lovely decor and furniture. We loved how welcoming it was for our dog with all the little extras such as dog bowls and blankets. All around an amazing place we will definitely be staying again and highly recommend to others. :)
