The Panorama Felice vacation apartment is located in a modern house in a dreamlike hillside location above Gera Lario and offers a fantastic view of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains.
Even the drive down the hillside garden to the house gives you that pure vacation feeling. The lake-side apartment is located on the ground floor and has a spacious, paved terrace area.
From here, you can enjoy an impressive lake and mountain panorama – perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The terrace is equipped with a dining table, comfortable deck chairs, and a barbecue, inviting you to enjoy cozy meals outdoors and relaxing hours in the sun. The entire property is completely fenced in, offering additional privacy and security. The terrace on the lake side leads directly into the bright living room.
This is equipped with a modern kitchenette, a dining table, and a comfortable couch that can be used as a single sofa bed if required. On the lake side is the double bedroom, which also has a patio door.
From here, you can enjoy direct access to the terrace and a beautiful view of the lake. On the mountain side is the bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. The vacation apartment is bright, simple, and modern.
The light stone flooring throughout emphasizes the friendly and timeless ambience and ensures a pleasant indoor climate even on warm days. The apartment boasts a fantastic lake and mountain panorama. Thanks to its special location, you can walk down to the lake via narrow streets.
Whether mountain biking towards Pian di Spagna, hiking in the mountains, or relaxing rides along the lake, the apartment is the perfect starting point. Gera Lario is a dream destination for anyone who loves water and outdoor sports. The landlords live in the apartment above, are quiet and reserved, and are courteous and helpful when needed. Please note that the access road to the house is steep.
The accommodation is therefore only suitable to a limited extent for people with reduced mobility. There is a parking space for one vehicle on the fenced property.
