Rules for the proper use of our apartments
These rules are an integral part of your booking conditions and must be respected in order to ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests.
Upon arrival:
As soon as you enter the apartment, please report any malfunctions or anomalies you may notice.
Respect for the property and the neighborhood:
We are happy to share with you an apartment designed to offer comfort and quality.
Please treat this space as if it were your own so that it remains pleasant for future guests.
To this end, we ask you to: Respect the residential environment: Comply with the building's internal regulations. Avoid any noise that may disturb the neighbors, especially between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Energy savings: Close the windows, turn off the lights and heating when leaving the apartment. Keep the apartment in good condition: When you leave, please empty your trash cans, wash your dishes, and leave the apartment tidy.
This is a sign of respect for the cleaning staff who take care of our guests' well-being. Responsibility in the event of disturbances or breakdowns: We remind you that we cannot be held responsible for elements or incidents beyond our control.
This includes: Any noise disturbances coming from the building, such as parties organized by neighbors. Noise outside the apartment related to city life (traffic noise, etc.). Temporary breakdown of the building's elevator. Unpredictable breakdowns of equipment or appliances, such as dead batteries in a remote control or a burnt-out light bulb.
We are unable to predict such incidents in advance. Internet outages attributable to the provider or network degradation, whether inside or outside the building. Strictly prohibited: Smoking: strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Subletting or transfer of the lease: strictly prohibited, under penalty of legal action. Use of the toilet: The toilet is intended exclusively for biological waste and toilet paper.
Any other use will result in a charge for service. Use of beds: The sofa and other surfaces must not be used as beds.
Only beds and sofa beds provided for this purpose are permitted. Modification or alteration prohibited: Any modification to the layout of the apartment, paintwork, furniture, decoration, or any movable or immovable element of the apartment is prohibited. Events and parties: strictly prohibited. Animals (pets or otherwise): strictly prohibited. Tenant responsibility: You are responsible for any damage or loss occurring during your stay.
Repair or replacement costs will be charged at cost. Any modification or alteration to the premises is prohibited and will result in repair costs. You must be covered by rental liability insurance, including theft, fire, water damage, and neighbors' claims. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in preserving the quality of our apartments.

A central and well equipped comfortable apartment in Part-Dieu close to all amenities ✨ A cozy studio ideally located in Lyon Located just a few minutes’ walk from the Garibaldi metro station (line D), close to the Part-Dieu district and the train station, this cozy studio for 2 people is on the ground floor, facing a pedestrian street. With a surface area of 17 m², it features a lovely main living space with a large bay window, a nicely equipped kitchen, and a dining area for 2 people.
The sleeping area includes a comfortable 140x190 bed as well as an HD TV. You will also enjoy a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, for a comfortable stay. Please note that the apartment is located near a school, so there may be some noise during recess times.
The wall facing outside is opaque and glazed, but the upper section can be opened for ventilation. 🎁 Some welcome items at your disposal We provide basic supplies (a few coffee pods, tea, rice, pasta, spices, etc.) as well as a fully equipped kitchen (induction hobs, Senseo coffee machine, microwave...). Sheets and towels are included. Free fiber Wi‑Fi is available. You will find in the apartment a guide with all the information you need for a great stay (Wi‑Fi code, instructions, recommended restaurants...). 🔐 Access & autonomy Check-in is 100% autonomous from 3 PM thanks to a smart lock.
Check-out is set until 11 AM at the latest. 🕒 Extras Late checkout – Until 12 PM: +15 E – Until 1 PM: +20 E (Available only upon request, to be made no later than the day before and subject to availability) Early check-in – From 1 PM: +20 E – From 2 PM: +15 E (Available only upon request and subject to availability) ⚠️ House rules As mentioned in the listing, parties and any noisy events (loud music, etc.) that may disturb the neighbors are not allowed in the apartment.
