Cocoonr agency offers this charming 120 m² house in Locronan to rent for up to 8 people.
It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 300 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 30 m² living room with sofas and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room
- A separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: with two single beds
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful 300 m² garden, with furniture to make the most of the fine weather and a sloping plot of 1000 m².
- A west-facing terrace
The house is ideally located in Locronan, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Visit the historic village of Locronan, listed as one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in France" (cobbled streets, old stones and architectural details)
- Walks and hikes by the sea or in the forest
- Discover the workshops of local artisans
- Tastings of local produce
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Quimper, about 20 km away
- Nearest airport: Brest Bretagne, about 60 km away
