The entrance provides space for coats, shoes and beach essentials while the spacious kitchen-diner is fully equipped for relaxed family meals or cosy evenings in. The spacious living room includes an original fireplace, two sofas and a wall mounted Smart TV. The two beautifully appointed bedrooms have been designed with rest and comfort in mind. The principal bedroom features a generous king-size bed, creating a serene space to relax after a day by the sea. The second bedroom offers a cosy retreat with a comfortable double bed. The modern bathroom offers a full-size bath and rainfall shower.
Outside, a private wrap-around garden is a lovely spot to enjoy the fresh sea air throughout the day, whether it’s morning coffee, alfresco dining, or a glass of wine as the sun goes down. There is private off street and free on-street parking.

High Tide consists of a kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, a sitting room with TV, and a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. The bedrooms include a double and a twin. Outside, there is a small wraparound gravelled garden and off-road parking for one car. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Highchair and travel cot( bring own bedding) Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry no smoking. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.2 miles, a pub, and within 0.5 miles, a beach. All of this awaits at High Tide, a lovely base for exploring Whitstable and the Kent coast. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of 250 GBP
