Standard policies apply for lost items and pool safety. ⚠️ Damage Waiver Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay.
Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only.
Examples included linens, towels, and wine glasses.) This house is to be used by the maximum number of guests listed on this confirmation only.
Any function held by the guest, such as a dinner party, birthday, wedding reception, etc. for more than the number of guests listed on this confirmation must have the written consent of Management.

No pets of any kind permitted.

If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies! While we regularly treat all of our homes for pests, it’s not uncommon to see pests because of the heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for this, though we’re happy to come by as soon as possible if pests are spotted. ⚠️ Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or other issues on neighboring properties or units.
As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related inconvenience.
Could house keeping please turn down the hot tub to 80 degrees.
That way it is not left on 100 degrees burning electricity.
