Cocoonr agency offers this charming 165 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool for rent in Roscoff. It is located 800 m from the Grande Grève beach and can accommodate up to 11 people.
This spacious, comfortable house offers quality features for a pleasant stay with family or friends.
It comprises a large, bright and friendly 60 m² living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, as well as four bedrooms and four bathrooms with showers, guaranteeing comfort and privacy for everyone. There is also a pleasant garden of around 200 m².
The accommodation has all the comforts you could wish for: Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included - all that's missing is you!
The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- A bright 60 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area (direct access to the terrace)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and dining area
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedrooms 1, 2 & 3: each with king-size bed (180×200) and en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 4: with a king-size bed (180×200), a single bed and a bunk bed (sleeps two)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
- Relaxation area with hanging net
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside :
- A swimming pool (private and heated) measuring 7m x 3m, open from 1 April to 30 September, equipped with a cover.
- A beautiful 200 m² enclosed garden with trees, south-west facing
- A 60 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
The house is ideally located in Roscoff, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (up to 3 vehicles). A reinforced socket for electric vehicles is available free of charge.
For other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Morlaix, about 25 km away
- Nearest airport: Brest, about 55 km away
To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
