Tastefully designed, this modern studio offers everything you need for a comfortable city stay. • Open-plan living space with L-shaped sofa, dining table, and smart TV • Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and cookware • Comfortable double bed with crisp hotel-quality linen • Contemporary bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink • Complimentary toiletries, fluffy towels provided • High-speed broadband • Guests can also access a communal lounge with pool table as well as a large terrace Please note if you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to the late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees: · For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 charge. · For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 charge.
For security reasons: · We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one. · No 3rd party bookings.
If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
The city centre is entirely accessible on foot from the apartment and you have plenty of amenities right on your doorstep.
Most points of interest are within 15 minutes walk, but there are also local bus routes servicing the nearby main road.
Leicester train station is just a 15 minute walk or short taxi ride away.
