The villa consists of 4 spacious apartments that can be rented together or separately and is therefore suitable for families or groups, of a total of 24 people, who want to travel together.

Each apartment has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a terrace or balcony, distributed over the ground floor and the first floor.

The furnishings are comfortable and functional, including air conditioning at set times, a kitchen with practical amenities and access to a large garden of approximately 1000 m². From the garden you walk via a path through the pine forest directly to the beach, where peace and simplicity are central.

The apartments are neatly maintained but simply furnished, there is no Wi-Fi available, in addition, air conditioning is only available at limited hours.

The property does not have a swimming pool, but is located in the middle of the pine forest, just behind the beach where walking through the garden leads to the beach.

Enjoy the peace and quiet in the spacious garden and the pine forest, but take a dip in the sea.

Beach, nature and Sardinian charm

The white sandy beach of Sa Prama is only 0.05 km away and slopes gently into the sea, ideal for families with children.

Orosei, 14 km away, offers an attractive historic center with baroque buildings, cozy trattorias and a harbor where boat trips depart to Cala Luna, Cala Gonone and the caves of Bue Marino.

Inland, the Gennargentu massif, an impressive nature reserve with mountain villages and local cuisine, awaits, while Irgoli is known for its colourful murals at about 20 km. Dorgali is also 34 km away and the port city of Olbia is 75 km away.
