The apartment is located just outside the centre of Udine, a perfect alternative for those seeking comfort and excellent transport connections without the stress of staying in the city centre.
The area offers all the main services, easily reachable on foot.
The accommodation consists of a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom.

The interior space is arranged as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, dining table, and SMART TV;
- KITCHEN with gas cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, oven and various kitchen utensils;

- BATHROOM with bathtub with shower, bidet, toilet, and sink.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, fan, independent heating, iron and ironing board, washer and dryer, drying rack, and hairdryer.

The neighbourhood is residential yet lively, ideal for those who wish to stay in a peaceful area without giving up the convenience of reaching the city centre in just a few minutes. Nearby you will find cafés, traditional restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets, as well as quick public transport connections. Udine’s historic centre is easily reachable on foot and offers many attractions such as Piazza Libertà, one of the most beautiful squares in Friuli, the Udine Castle with its panoramic views over the city, the Cathedral of Santa Maria Annunziata, and elegant shopping streets. Main distances: - Piazza Libertà: 20 minutes on foot; - Udine Castle: 20 minutes on foot; - Cathedral of Santa Maria Annunziata: 22 minutes on foot. - Trattoria Vittoria: 7 minutes on foot; - Bar S. Daniele 78: 7 minutes on foot; - Despar (Supermarket): 7 minutes on foot. - From Venice Airport, the most convenient way to reach the apartment is by taxi/car (120 km - about 1 hour and 10 minutes). - From Friuli Venezia Giulia Airport - Ronchi, you can reach the apartment by taking the regional train from Trieste Airport station (just over 10 minutes walk from the airport) to Udine station, from which you can continue by bus to the apartment. - From Udine Station, you can reach the apartment by taking bus no. 1to the stop "UDINE viale Volontari della Libertà 61 (piazzale Chiavris)," which is a 7-minute walk from the property. - If traveling by car, a parking space is not included.
However, you can park for free on the street (white lines - NOT guaranteed). To get to Udine, you can take the A23 Palmanova-Tarvisio from Venice or Trieste; from here, the roads to reach Udine are the SS13, SS54, and SS56.

Almost everything was perfect and the size of the house was really good.
I wish there were more ventilators or something for the hot weather and a mosquito net in the bedroom :)
