Cocoonr agency offers for rent, in Beaulieu-sur-Mer, this charming air-conditioned flat located about 500 m from the beach, with a surface area of 134 m² and can accommodate up to 6 travellers. Set on the 5ᵉ and top floor of the residence (with lift), it comprises a beautiful living room with fitted kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms (with shower and bath). Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included: we're just waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A spacious living room with TV, armchairs and a fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedrooms 1 & 2: each with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC)
- Bedroom 3: with king-size bed (180×200) and en-suite bathroom (with bath and WC)
- Separate WC
All rooms open onto a terrace with sea views (living room, bedroom) or mountain views (2 bedrooms).
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following facilities: washing machine, tumble dryer, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
A 250 m² planted rooftop, fully equipped (summer kitchen, garden furniture, deckchairs).
The flat is ideally located in Beaulieu-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. In the immediate vicinity, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market.
What to do :
- Beaulieu beach is just 500 m away.
- Nearby towns to visit: Monaco, Nice, Cannes...
- Water sports: paddle, snorkelling, jet skis...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the basement garage (one space suitable for all types of vehicle)
- Nearest train station: Beaulieu-sur-Mer, around 200 m away (Nice and Monaco 3 stops away)
- Nearest airport: Nice, about 30 minutes' drive away
