Historic 60 sqm apartment located on the ground floor of a period building, ideal for groups or families of up to 5 guests.
The accommodation is located in the heart of Siena (ZTL), on one of the city’s most characteristic streets within the UNESCO-listed historic centre, just a short walk from Piazza del Campo.
The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, and one bathroom.

The interior space is arranged as follows:
- LIVING ROOM WITH KITCHENETTE (induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, moka, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, microwave, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, TV, single sofa bed, and terrace;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, TV, and desk;
- BEDROOM II with sofa bed and desk;
- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, toilet, sink, and bidet.
FURTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS:
Unlimited Wi-Fi, wardrobes, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, independent heating, fan, and washing machine.
PLEASE NOTE:
- There is one internal step inside the apartment (in the entrance hall, before accessing the living room);
- NO AIR CONDITIONING;
- The shower cubicle is raised.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383/6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Within just a few minutes on foot, you can reach Piazza del Campo, Siena Cathedral (Duomo), museums, artisan workshops, traditional restaurants, and historic cafés. The area is ideal for exploring Siena entirely on foot, fully immersing yourself in its history, art, and traditions.

The most convenient way to reach the accommodation is by taxi (20 minutes); alternatively, you can take the bus that leaves every 5 minutes from the station and reaches the city center in 5 minutes. The station is a 30-minute walk from the property. - If you are travelling by car, please note that the accommodation is located in the ZTL area of the city - you must have a permit to access it. However you can park for a fee at "Il Campo", in Via di Fontanella, just 6 minutes walk from the property.

The apartment was in a great location with everything in walking distance and a beautiful view from the balcony. Unfortunately the second bedroom was very unpleasant. The mattress was very uncomfortable to sleep on and each night we could hear the neighbour's TV on long past midnight. The place is like the photos.

Byliśmy w kwietniu i było chłodno w mieszkaniu.

Saubere & gut gelegene Wohnung. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit.
Da ab dem 15. April nicht mehr geheizt werden darf, war die Wohnung in der Nacht ein bisschen kalt.
