Set in a fantastic location less than a 10-minute stroll from the seafront, pier, train station, and bustling town centre, this characterful home blends period charm with modern comfort, making it an ideal base for coastal breaks, cultural adventures, or relaxed weekends away.
The courtyard garden is fully enclosed your own secluded spot to unwind, featuring ample seating and dining space, perfect for sunny afternoons or quiet evenings under the open sky.
The ground floor provides ample entertaining space, with a fully equipped kitchen/diner, a cosy living area and a downstairs toilet for added convenience.
Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom provides a calming retreat, enhanced by a beautiful sun-filled bay window that floods the room with natural light.
It’s an ideal place to relax after a day exploring the Old Town, wandering along the beach, or discovering Hastings’ unique blend of history, art, and seaside charm.
The further two bedrooms provide comfort during your stay, and the twin room can be made as a double bed upon request.
