Cocoonr agency offers this charming 55 m² house in d'Aytré to rent for up to 6 people.
It comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 10 m² terrace. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
In the basement
- Cinema area with double sofa bed and video projector
On the ground floor
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- A shower room (with shower and WC)
- Separate WC
On the mezzanine
- A relaxation area with games and a double sofa bed
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- An enclosed terrace of 10 m², facing south-east, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Aytré, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Aytré beach about 3 km away
- Water sports (windsurfing, windsurfing or kitesurfing)
- Relaxation in Parc Jean Macé
- Walks and hikes along the coast and footpaths
- Visit La Rochelle and Angoulins
- Tasting local produce
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the driveway of the house.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: La Rochelle, about 6 km away
- Nearest airport: La Rochelle-Île de Ré, about 12 km away
