Between forest, cycling paths and Pin Sec beach, this house is the perfect place to enjoy a holiday in complete freedom, in a peaceful and green setting ideal for relaxation and shared moments.
This 60 m² house, which can accommodate up to 6 people, offers a pleasant setting for simple and relaxing holidays, close to nature and outdoor activities.
Functional and welcoming, it is perfect for a stay with family or friends in a relaxed and authentic atmosphere. The house includes a separate, practical and well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room ideal for relaxing, and two bedrooms.
The first bedroom features a 160 cm double bed, while the second is fitted with a 140 cm sofa bed and a bunk bed with two 90 cm single beds, providing an ideal sleeping solution for children or groups. A special feature of this house is its original layout: the shower room and toilet are located in two adjoining but separate rooms outside the main house.
This typical and practical arrangement for summer stays helps preserve the indoor space and makes outdoor living easier. Outside, you will enjoy a large enclosed and shaded garden, perfect for relaxing, playing or sharing convivial moments.
