The holiday apartment has a larger living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
In the drawers of the pull-out couch for 2 people, you will find additional bedding.
Behind it is a storage room with a washing machine, dryer, and household appliances.
Here you will find additional towels.
Through a double sliding door, you can access the bedroom with a double bed and the bathroom with a toilet and shower from the living area.
The floors are covered with oak strip parquet and the bathroom is tiled.
All rooms have underfloor heating.
There is a television in the bedroom, LAN connections at several locations, and Wi-Fi.
In summer, there is a sunshade and a charcoal grill for the terrace.
Two windows have mosquito protection.
Next to the parking space is the bicycle storage.
Since 2015, we are pleased to offer you our modern and bright holiday apartment in a house from 1925, located on the quiet outskirts of Herrsching and at the beginning of the footpath through the Kiental to the Andechs Monastery.
Directly from your parking space, past a small front garden, and down 4 steps to your terrace, which is shaded under a leafy pergola in summer, you reach your holiday apartment.
The apartment can be booked year-round for 2-4 people.
The town center of Herrsching can be easily reached on foot in a quarter of an hour.
Here you will find many shops for daily needs, doctors, pharmacies, banks, and various dining options.
In theHerrsching industrial area, you will find several supermarkets.
Every 20 minutes, you can reach Munich's Marienplatz from Herrsching station with the S-Bahn line S8, after a journey time of three-quarters of an hour, followed by another three-quarters of an hour to Munich Airport.
In the summer months, a ship from the Ammersee fleet awaits you at the landing stage for a boat tour over the Ammersee with views of the Alpine chain and the Zugspitze.
You can reach the Zugspitzbahn in Garmisch-Partenkirchen by car via Weilheim and Murnau in about one and a half hours.
Your cycling tours start directly at your doorstep.
Bicycle route maps and many other information about the Five Lakes Region can be obtained at the Herrsching tourism pavilion at the station.
For walks and hikes, the longest lakeside promenade in Germany and many other easy routes are available to you in Herrsching and the surrounding area.

Take the A96 from the north at exit Wörthsee and drive on the St 2068 through Seefeld to Herrsching.
After the main road veers to the right, turn left onto Kientalstraße and follow it uphill.
From the west, take the A96 at exit Inning.
Here, drive on the St2067 through Inning, past Buch and over Breitbrunn to Herrsching.
After crossing the railway tracks, follow the signs towards Munich at the main intersection near the Gasthof Post.
From here, the second street on the right is Kientalstraße.
From the south, head towards Munich at the intersection and continue as described.
The Herrsching train station is the terminus of the S8 in the Munich commuter transport network.
Taxis and buses of the public transport system are available here.
