This semi-detached house is located in a residential area in La Marina, just 10 minutes from the beach.There is a terrace with garden furniture on the ground floor and a partly covered terrace on the first floor.
The terrace with the small gazebo has a cosy atmosphere and offers shade even when the sun shines.
On the terraces you can use the available barbecue.
The swimming pool behind the house is exclusively for residents of the residential complex and is shielded from the outside world.
A carport belongs to the house.
Additional parking spaces are available in the street in front of the house.
