The Antico Borgo Casalappi is located 10 minutes by car from the splendid beaches of the Carbonifera (9 km), in the Sterpaia natural park. In 15 minutes by car you can reach Baratti or Rimigliano, other splendid beaches in the area. We are only 4 km from all services (restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, etc). Although close to all services and beaches, our structure is in a very private hillside position, for lovers of peace and splendid views. At our guests' disposal a panoramic swimming pool, tennis court, table tennis and a large sand play area.Mansarded Apartments located on the high floor ( without Balcony ) of the Back building .The apartments over 2 levels have a living room with dining area and kitchenette, TV and sofa (the kitchen has hob with 4 zones, oven, fridge and freezer, as well as all necessary utensils), bathroom with shower. On the upper floor one mansarded double bedroom with sloping ceilings and 1 smaller mansarded bedroom with sloping ceilings with 2 beds .It is equipped with air conditioning available with extra cost .Large common outdoor areas equipped with tables and chairs
