Antico Borgo Casalappi is a 10-minute drive from the beautiful beaches of Carbonifera ( 9 km ), in the Sterpaia natural park.
A 15-minute drive takes you to Baratti or Rimigliano, other splendid beaches in the area.
We are only 4 km from all services (restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, etc.). Although close to all services and beaches, our property is in a very reserved hillside position, for lovers of peace and splendid views.
A panoramic swimming pool, tennis court, table tennis and a large sandy play area are available to our guests.
To visit within a radius of 10 /15 km the medieval towns: suvereto, bolgheri, massa marittima, castagneto carducci, populonia, as well as the possibility of organising wine tasting nearby.are flats located on the first floor of the structure accessed by an external staircase that ends in a balcony, shared with at most one other flat.
They consist of a living room with dining area and kitchenette (kitchenette has a 4-zone cooker, oven, fridge and freezer, as well as all the necessary utensils) TV and sofa bed; bathroom with shower; double bedroom.
