The white villa newly built in 2013 is noticeable within Göhren: no wooden balconies in front, no embellishments, straight lines – this villa interprets traditional seaside architecture in a contemporary style.The two-room holiday apartment with charming and high-quality furnishing is on the ground floor and provides around 50m² of living space.
The apartment has a living room with a sofa bed (210 x 200cm) and a separate bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm), with darkening blinds ensuring a good night’s sleep.
The kitchen is fully-equipped, with a dishwasher, a stove, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery.
The bathroom has a glass shower cubicle, a hairdryer and a mirror.
This apartment is tiled throughout and is fitted with under-floor heating.
The non-smoking apartment has an antiallergenic interior and is ideal for two to three people.
Pets are not allowed.The day can get off to a good start with breakfast in the morning sun on the partially covered terrace facing south- southeast.
There is a lift from the garage parking space no. II to the apartment.
There is also a shared bicycle storage room, as well as a room with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer.The apartment is just a stone’s throw from the main road with its many shops and the Heimatmuseum.
