It comprises a pretty 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a shower room.

The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - Entrance hall with storeroom and washing machine First floor: - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) and dressing area - Bedroom 2: with two single beds and wardrobe Second floor: - A 30 m² living room with dining area - Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A shower room with shower and WC Third floor: - A lounge area with TV and double sofa bed - Access to the rooftop For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: gas barbecue, washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - A south-facing rooftop terrace of around 25 m² with a view of the rock.
Furniture available to make the most of the fine weather The house is ideally located in Cotignac, in very pleasant surroundings.
All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - Lake Sainte-Croix, about 30 minutes' drive away (beaches, swimming, paddle hire, electric boats, etc.) - The Gorges du Verdon is around 30 minutes' drive away (with hiking and sailing in an electric boat or kayak). - Numerous hiking trails - Visit the rock in the village Public transport: If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house (public car park 50 m away with charging points for electric vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Aix en Provence TGV, about 1 hour by car - Nearest airport: Marseille, about 1 hour 15 minutes by car - By car, Brignoles exit 20km from the accommodation To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
