Mamma Antonella is a fantastic Mediterranean-style villa, 5 km from the famous Blue Flag beach of Lidofiori.The villa extends over a 3000 square metre garden and is located in the countryside of Menfi, the city of wine.Mamma Antonella is on one level where there is a large living room, a modern and well-equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with bathroom, a twin bedroom and another bathroom.There is also a comfortable sofa bed in the living room so Mamma Antonella can accommodate up to 8 guests.The house is equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday: air conditioning everywhere, dishwasher, WI-FI, washing machine, TV...What is remarkable to underline are the furnishings of the house: new, elegant, refined.As the photos show, the house is bright with spacious rooms.Bedrooms (3) and bathrooms (3): 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom (shower): one twin bedroom; one bathroom in the corridor (shower).

Any excess will be charged.Outside there is a large BBQ area and a very large patio facing the pool, ideal for Sicilian breakfasts, meals and... drinks of course.The pool area is a kind of paradise surrounded by tropical plants and with a gazebo to provide shade in hot weather.The pool is 10x5 metres with a maximum depth of 1.40 metres.You will never forget the tranquillity of this villa.There is also a playground.The beach is just under 6 km away: Lidofiori, which has been awarded the Blue Flag several times (24 times to date) as the cleanest and most sustainable beach in Sicily.In Lidofiori there are restaurants, pizzerias and bars by the sea.
