This penthouse flat is located in the centre (old town) of Taormina and offers a roof terrace and fantastic sea views as well as parking in front of the house.
The flat is located in the quiet part of the old town centre and everything (shops, restaurants, bars, nightclubs) can be reached very quickly on foot.The flat has a large living-dining area, a very nice terrace and several balconies with impressive views, two bathrooms and 4 bedrooms plus 2 sofa beds in the living room for a total of 8 guests.ROOM DIVISION- 2 x bedrooms with double bed and balcony with unique sea views (air conditioning)- 1 x small bedroom with single bed and skylight (air conditioning)1 x small bedroom with bunk bed (2 persons) with large window, ideal for 2 children / teenagers- 1 x large bathroom with double washbasin, bathtub with shower, WC, bidet and unique sea view- 1 x small bathroom with washbasin, bathtub with shower, WC, washing machine, skylight- 1 x large living/dining room with terrace and 2 balconies, open-plan kitchen and dining table (air conditioning).

Due to its special location, the flat has an almost 360 degree view of the Gulf of Taormina, the coast of Calabria, the old town of Taormina as well as Mount Etna and Castelmola.
The large roof terrace and balconies are furnished and invite you to dine with a view of Taormina.the flat was completely renovated in 2022 and is located on the 5th floor of a quiet apartment building (without lift) not far from Porta Catania.
It is repainted every year and is in excellent condition.UNLOAD YOUR LUGGAGEYou can drive right up to the house by car and unload your luggage.
Parking is possible in the nearby car park (for a fee).PARKING - FOR A FEEAs only residents with a parking permit can park in the old town of Taormina, it is possible to park in the nearby multi-storey car park (approx. 7 minutes on foot).

A lovely rooftop view, spacious, comfortable apartment. Clear, concise, communication with the host and her assistant who greeted us. When you rent, take a few extra minutes to learn how the locking system on the doors work. We managed, however did not really know how we unlocked them. I am certain a little training would have helped Wonderful place to stay!

Apartment was lovely, as described in photos and description. As noted in description, there are a lot of stairs to climb to get the apartment and also in Taormina to get around. Fine for us, but be aware if not very mobile. Apartment was clean and we were very happy staying here. Owner was very responsive to messages, much appreciated.

It was a wonderful stay! Perfect location with a very doable and quick walk to the main part of town in the middle of summer. Has a magnificent view. The hosts are very communicative and always available for any questions. We really appreciated the local wine that was left for us and enjoyed it one ...
