La Torriola is an agritourism, a country villa with 5 independent flats, all with a private portion of garden and garden furniture for outdoor dining.
The view is spectacular, right in front of the ancient city of Todi.Seemingly far from everything, immersed in nature and in the quiet of the woods and rolling Umbrian hills, but only 5 minutes from everything you may need (in the nearby village of Ponterio, 3 km. two supermarkets, three bars, pizzeria, two banks, pharmacy and dozens of shops).The location is strategic for easily visiting all of Umbria and being back for a dip in the pool or an aperitif before dinner.
We are 3 km. from the E45 motorway.The organic farm of 8 hectares (16 acres) produces extra virgin olive oil, wine, honey, jams, eggs from free-range hens, fresh vegetables.The property is completely fenced off, and there is ample space for parking.Independent flat, about 72 square metres, on two levels.
