The house is an 80 m² semi-detached house on two floors with a separate entrance and parking space.
Upon entering you will find a fully equipped kitchen (complete with 4-burner cooker, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, coffee maker and capsule coffee maker) with dining area and cosy fireplace.
The kitchen leads to the living room (air-conditioned), equipped with HD TV and a large bathroom with a large shower.
The living room window frames a breathtaking view of the coast and the islands of Tino and Palmaria.A staircase leads to the first floor, where there is an air-conditioned landing, two double bedrooms (French beds, 150 cm) and a second bathroom with shower.

You enter through the covered terrace, which offers a breathtaking view of the coast. One of the bedrooms even has a small terrace with a panoramic view of the coast, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The road to the house is winding and in some places has a 30% gradient.
