Only a short 5 minute walk to the square with lots of quality restaurants, bars, take-aways and supermarkets.

There is a sofa bed in the ground floor lounge that will accommodate an extra two people if required to bring the occupancy up to 8 people.The Casa is ideal for both its close proximity to Alicante airport, and because La Marina Urbanisation has a good mix of locals and expats from all over the world.
It is so close to all the nice restaurants and bars.
Only a five minute walk, yet the house is in a quiet residential street - so you can sleep at night! The central location means you can walk to two local water parks in just 13 minutes.
The lovely clean sandy La Marina beach is only a 5 minute drive away.
La Marina is close to the N322, which is the main coastal road in Costa Blanca which you can go north to places like Benidorm or Denia or south to Guardamar & La Zenia.1 small dog welcome, pet bowls, bed and dog towel provided.
