Welcome to the holiday flats at Casa Rocca Bella! The house has four cosy holiday flats (one and three rooms). Casa Rocca Bella is situated in Ticino (Switzerland) on the southern slope of Monte Verità, about 70m above the centre of Ascona in a quiet location.
The house can be reached from the town centre in 10 minutes on foot via a stepped footpath.
Access via the road is only permitted for residents and holiday guests.
Access to the house and flats via stairs.Family flat: Bright, cosy three-room flat with a covered seating area on a sunny balcony (36m2) and fantastic views over Ascona, the lake and the surrounding mountain ranges.
There is a table and deckchairs on the balcony.

Large living room with panoramic window, dining table and corner bench, two full-size foldaway beds.
One double bedroom with cot and one triple bedroom.

This garden with table tennis table, climbing tower with slide, swing and sandpit is also an ideal playground for children.
In spring 2023, we redesigned the garden (raising the terrain, reseeding the lawn, pergola). The garden is now accessible via a footpath directly from the public car park.
