This charming wooden house and its lovely green garden are located in the small coastal town of Portbail-sur-Mer with its shops, restaurants and small marina.The house is just a 500-metre walk from the town centre in a small cul-de-sac, close to all amenities.The sea reaches the edge of the town centre at high tide, and the beach at Portbail is just two kilometres away (a lovely coastal path allows you to get there on foot or by bike).From the port of Carteret, around 7 kilometres away, ferries run in summer to the islands of Guernsey and Jersey.vThe house has its own garden (around 300 m2 behind the house) and shares a large garden planted with fruit trees with the owners' stone house, which is also rented out in summer (see photos, rental no. 682964).Its location on the west coast of the Cotentin peninsula makes it an ideal base for visiting the region: the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, Sainte-mère-église and Utah beach, Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue and the island of Tatihou, Cap de la Hague and its breathtaking scenery, the Cotentin and Bessin marshes park and many other treasures of the department.The house was built in 2018 and can accommodate 2 people in its 54 m² spread over two levels.
