It has two cosy bedrooms, one with a king-size 180x200 bed with firm, new bedding and independent sleeping arrangements, the other with a 140x190 bed.
A fully-equipped TV lounge (40' TNT satellite and connected) with desk area and wifi internet, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen (with small appliances, ceramic hob, microwave and mini-oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine) and a shower room with Italian shower, plus a separate WC, complete the interior of the gîte.Outside, there is a 150 m² enclosed garden in front of the house and a 35 m² patio terrace to the rear, perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco.
