Villa immersed in a pine forest, TOTAL RELAX.Our beautiful villa, bright and cool in summer with a large garden is ideal for relaxing after a wonderful day on our enchanting beaches! It can comfortably accommodate eight people and two small children.The spaceSituated in the south of Sardinia, just a few kilometres from Pula and Chia, the villa is located in a quiet residential condominium, immersed in the greenery of the Mediterranean maquis and overlooking the crystal clear sea.The villa is surrounded by a large garden and you can use the outdoor hot shower.Other things to keep in mindYou'll enjoy a holiday of relaxation, nature, sea, sites to visit, walks, typical Sardinian dishes to taste.Excellent restaurants are close to the villa.
Just a few minutes from the Chia Laguna Resort, which offers free evening shows open to all.Outside the house there is a gazebo where you can organise pleasant breakfasts, lunches and dinners and where you can cook in the barbecue.
There is also the possibility of an outdoor hot shower.
In the garden you will find beach umbrellas, deckchairs and sunbeds.
The beach can be reached on foot along the private driveway (approx. 250 m).
It is possible to go down to the beach by car, because there is a parking space in front of the sea.Inside there is a large living room with sofas, satellite colour TV, a large dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven and microwave oven, a bathroom with washing machine.
On the first floor is the sleeping area with: one double bedroom, one bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed and two bathrooms.A market with everything is 500m away, also open on Sunday mornings.
At 10 km the town of Pula and the archaeological ruins of Nora.
At 5 km the beautiful beach of Chia with its famous sand dunes.
At 6 km the golf courses of Is Molas and the Chia Golf Sporting Club.
At 45 Km Cagliari Airport and Port.
At 40 Km Santadi you can admire the Grotte is Zuddas At 50 Km Villaperuccio the Domus de Janas, Montessu.
