This holiday apartment is in the pedestrian zone right at the centre of Colmar.One private underground garage parking spaces 300 metres away are included in the price.
You can also stop right by the building for unloading and loading.This light and spacious apartment is on the first floor of a typical Alsace house, providing 105m² of space for eight people.
Two of the three bedrooms each have two single beds 80cm wide, which can also be pushed together as double beds.
One of them also has a sofa bed 140cm wide.
The third bedroom has two single beds 90cm wide.
The living room provides a large dining table and a flatscreen TV, as well as a sofa bed for two people (140 x 20cm).
The bathroom is fitted with a bath with a shower screen, a double washbasin, a WC, a clothes stand and a hairdryer.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, ceramic induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, citrus press and a raclette and fondue set.
A washing machine with a dryer function is also available.
A vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, cleaning products and tea towels are available for use.
Towels and bed linen can be provided at a supplementary charge.
