This 50 sqm flat is located on the third and last floor of a building with a lift on the seafront.It is in a very quiet and exclusive location and has two balconies overlooking the sea, and is perfect for those who love the sea.
Due to its location directly by the sea, one has the feeling of being on a cruise, with the pleasant difference that one's feet actually rest on dry land.The entrance hall leads into a small hallway and from here the door on the left opens onto a large marble bathroom with shower, washing machine and window with sea view.
The entrance door leads into a large bedroom with a double bed.From this room there is access to a balcony overlooking the sea, furnished with a marble table and wrought-iron chairs.
A door on the front right leads to the dining room, where there is a dining table and two sofas that can be converted into single beds.
The kitchen is very well equipped with a gas cooker, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, kettle, mocha and filter coffee machines and dishwasher.
This room overlooks a balcony with a breathtaking view.From this balcony you can admire over 80 km of uninterrupted beach, from the Romito promontory to Populonia and the Gulf of Baratti, and on the horizon the islands of the Tuscan Archipelago and Corsica.
Air conditioning and Wi-Fi.The holiday flats are located on the 3rd and top floor of a building (with lift) in Marina di Castagneto, where you will also find small shops and restaurants.There is a washing machine and a private parking space, lift.The beach directly in front of the building is free of charge.Approximately 1,000 metres from the flats in the north of 'Marina di Castagneto', guests have access to a private property with a botanical trail and seating, as well as changing rooms, toilets, water, sun loungers and parasols and access to a free beach.Marina di Castagneto Carducci is located on the Costa degli Etruschi, south of Livorno and about 30 km from Piombino, the port of departure for the island of Elba.
Marina is a beautiful and peaceful village on the crystal clear Tuscan sea.
From Marina di Castagneto Carducci you can visit some beautiful medieval villages such as Bolgheri (famous for its Sassicaia wine) or Massa Marittima, as well as the Etruscan necropolis of Populonia (25 km).MANDATORY PORTA A PORTA WASTE COLLECTION: if rubbish accumulates at check-out, a charge will be deducted from the deposit.
