This newly built, detached house located in the hills about 1 km from town, offers views over the surrounding area.
It is not fenced in, but surrounded by trees (oak and olive trees).On the ground floor, there is a living room with a television, DVD, stereo, 2 sofas, 3 armchairs and cushions and a dining room, which grants access to the 58 m² patio and the garden.
The kitchen is furnished with an oven, a microwave, a four burner induction cooker, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a Senseo coffee maker and a toaster.
In the basement you will find a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner and an ironing board and iron.
There are two toilets, one bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm) combined to a double with a private bathroom, an Italian shower and a walk in closet.
This 18 m² bedroom grants access to the patio and the garden.
