Gîte for 4 people (adjoining the owner's house) with private parking (for several cars), covered terrace, kitchen/lounge, 1 bedroom with double bed (on the ground floor), bathroom with shower, separate toilet and 2 bedrooms (with double beds) on the 1st floor with private swimming pool (10 x 5 metres with diving board - depth: 1.20 m on the shallow end and 2.5 m on the deep end) available only to guests of the gîte on 9000 m² of land with several dozen oak and olive trees.
